Refund Policy

No orders will receive a refund if order has been shipped. If package is lost, please contact USPS regarding lost packing with your shipping confirmation and if you haven’t received you packages after two weeks after you have filed a complaint (a lot of lost packages usually arrive late) then you shall receive a refund.  

The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place of delivery. For any questions comments or concerns please email us please give us 24-48 to respond to emails.
